Muc-Off will soon offer a full tubeless support range allowing cyclists from all disciplines to prepare, inflate and maintain their tubeless set up whether they are switching for the first time or maintaining an existing set-up.
“The tubeless revolution has well and truly arrived, and we’re stoked to be at the forefront, creating user-friendly solutions to help all types of cyclists make the switch or maintain their tubeless set up,” said Alex Trimnell, Muc-Off CEO.
Muc-Off has created three steps for riders to follow and achieve the “perfect” puncture-free setup: prepare, inflate and maintain (PIM).
Its retailers will have the opportunity to set up a tubeless support centre POS display stand to help the consumer ‘walk through’ the range with an easy-to-navigate system. The full range and PIM stand is on display at Eurobike in Friedrichshafen this week.

Step one: Prepare
Glue and Sealant Remover
This non-aggressive proprietary formula helps remove rim tape glue, sealant or tubular glue residue from inside rims (and many other surfaces) prior to applying Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape. Safe to use on most metal, plastic and carbon fibre surfaces.

Tubeless Rim Tape
The Muc-Off Tubeless Rim tape is made from its own proprietary performance material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide just the right amount stretch whilst maintaining durability and strength needed to create a lasting airtight seal. Semi-transparent material makes locating the valve hole easy. Supplied with 4x Seal Patches. Available in a 10m and 50m workshop roll in six widths to suit most road, CX, gravel, MTB and plus-sized rims.

Ultimate Tubeless Setup Kit
The Muc-Off Ultimate Tubeless Kit contains everything needed to get a tubeless-ready wheelset set up and ready to roll. Each kit contains a Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape, Seal Patches, two CNC-machined black tubeless Valves and two pouches of No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant.

CO2 Inflator Kits
The Muc-Off Inflator kits help riders quickly inflate their tyres and quickly get back to riding in no time. Coming in 25g cartridge size for MTB and 16g for road inflating tyres up to 30psi and 100psi from flat respectively. Each kit contains 2x cartridges, 1x compact and durable CNC-machined inflator head with soft-touch press down button which easily controls CO2 release. Dual head nozzle compatible with Presta and Schrader valves and 1x neoprene sleeve to help avoid freeze burn. Cartridges are also available separately.

Step three: Maintain

B.A.M quickly inflates and repairs punctures at the same time by injecting latex foam and air into a tyre or tube. B.A.M. is the perfect emergency backup that can be strapped to a bike frame using the new Muc-Off B.A.M Utility Belt (sold separately) or carried in a ride pack. Compatible with Presta and Schrader valves on road, cx/gravel and MTB wheels as well as most tubeless sealants. Will inflate a 29in MTB tyre in under a minute and capable of sealing holes 3-4mm.

When a puncture is simply too big to seal, the Muc-Off Puncture Plug Repair Kit is the ultimate backup tool that’s lightweight and easy-to-use. The tough and durable handle and 2-in-1 puncture plug/reamer tool come with 5x thick plugs and 5x thin plugs packed all packed together in a handy storage pouch. Compatible with all tubeless road, MTB and gravel tyres. Refill packs with 10 repair plugs (5x thin and 5x thick) available separately.
