Brand building on last year's launch, to which it received an 'overwhelming response'

Matrix Cycles looking to grow bike dealer numbers

Building on a successful 2012 launch in the UK, Matrix Cycles is looking to further grow its dealer network.

The Taiwanese carbon fibre specialist offers a wide range of high quality carbon road and triathlon frames, as well carbon and aluminium wheel sets and components.

James Cornford of sports journalism, marketing and PR agency JCornford, will be working as marketing consultant for Matrix to help boost the brand in 2013.

Martix Cycles UK owner Owen Watkins said: “2012 was a great year for introducing Matrix to the UK and we’ve been overwhelmed with the response we’ve received. 2013 is now all about developing the brand still further and we are delighted to welcome James Cornford on board to oversee this critical phase in making Matrix a major player in the marketplace.”

Last year Matrix Cycles and its athletes claimed two world championships titles with Iain Dawson and Matthew Emmerson, as well as a silver thanks to Melissa Reid on board the Matrix Pyro TT’s, Tandems and Matrix 806 wheelsets.
