Market to cycling-mad kids? Exhibit at York Rally, say organisers

In June, the York Rally will host the National Grasstrack Championships organised by the British Schools Cycling Association. The event will attract cycling kids from across the UK, said Peter Eland, one of the volunteer show organisers.

"It should bring several hundred extra kids and their families to the event," he estimated, adding that the "performance kids’ cycling sector is really hot right now."

Trade stands at the show – which is no longer a CTC/Cycling UK event – are still available.

The long-running family-friendly show will be staged 24-25th June.
