Magura establishes new European hub

German company Magura has established a new hub in Europe, expanding its service and logistics infrastructure.

From 1st September, service inquiries in the Netherlands will be processed exclusively by the company’s own centre.

The service and sales hub in Arnhem will take over from Juncker Bike Parts.

Martina Class of the bike parts management board said: “Juncker Bike Parts will remain associated with us as a distributor.

“In line with our strategy, however, we intend to further consolidate our own position in Europe and we’re focusing on even shorter distances and faster service processing by increasing the number of our own sales and service hubs.

“Our aim is to deliver orders within 24 hours.”

Since it was founded in 1999, Magura has specialised in the sales and service of Magura premium components from its headquarters in Bad Urach.

Magura already has two established European hubs, in Moirans, France and Leicestershire, with the same organisational structure as the new Arnhem site.

The German company increasingly relies on its own hubs in Europe to further consolidate its own service and distribution quality standards.

The sales structure has expanded in recent years, especially in e-mobility, and is gaining an increasing number of brands.

In the future, they will also offer an exclusive service for its specialist bicycle dealers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Current Magura bike parts partner brands are Bosch eBike Systems, Miche, Miranda, COBI.Bike, Liqui Moly, Busch & Müller and Supernova.
