Following a meeting at this year’s Eurobike, Bobike’s comprehensive line of children’s bicycle seats, Bobag bicycle bags, Bobox crates and other accessories will now be distributed in the UK and Ireland through Madison.
Bobike has over 30 years experience in design and manufacturing bicycle safety seats and operates its own Dutch factory. Bobike child seats meet the latest European safety standard EN 14344 and combine protection with comfort, Madison said.
Each Bobike bicycle seat has a unique plastic composition, so that the seat’s technical properties, protective value and comfort are retained under all weather conditions.
Bobike MD Rob Beset enthused: “Madison taking care of the Bobike brand means professionalism, quality, service and coverage. The whole chain, from consumer, back to us will benefit from this change.”

Bobike products feature a number of innovations, including double-walled construction, a unique Click & Go mounting system for ease of use and a newly patented safety belt system. According to the brand, both of these are examples of innovations that provide consumers safety as well as dealers with unique products, produced to the highest standards.
Stock will start to be received during November, while Bobike will make its Madison debut at the 2013 iceBike* tradeshow.
