Annual trade event to be held in late February

Madison announces IceBike date

Distributor Madison has announced that Ice Bike will be held on February 26th at its 75,000sq ft distribution centre in Milton Keynes. Building on last year, the trade-only event will run for three days, from February 26th to 28th.

The organisers have already announced that there will be over 500sq metres of bikes on display, including full ranges from Ridgeback, Genesis, Commencal and Cervelo, all of which will show sneak peeks of the 2009 range.

Parts and accessories will also be on show from every brand in Madisons distribution portfolio.

Exclusive ‘one time only’ promotions are also expected to be shown to traders looking to boost their ranges.

Steve Baskerville of Real Cycles, one of last years attendees, said: "In a chilled out environment I got to meet the people behind the brands. I saw sneak peeks of the 09 ranges and got wined and dined until the early hours."
