MAAP has launched its latest New Season Road collection, expanding its performance road range with new cold-weather pieces and updated staples designed for changeable riding conditions.
The Melbourne-based cycling apparel brand said the collection has been developed as a versatile layering system, combining aerodynamic efficiency, thermoregulation and weather protection for riders training and racing through autumn, winter and spring.
Headlining the launch is the new Pro Aero Thermal Jersey, which brings MAAP’s aero fabric engineering into a cold-weather garment for the first time. The jersey uses a dual-fabric construction intended to deliver warmth while supporting aerodynamic performance.
According to MAAP, the jersey combines Corno Speed 200 across the sleeves, using a channelled rib structure designed to delay airflow separation, with Corno Spinner SC across the body for targeted warmth and a close race fit. It also features bonded hems, integrated bonded rear pockets and a YKK Vislon Snap Lock Zip.
Also new to the range is the Team Thermal Vest, a layering piece designed for use beyond the winter months. It pairs a THERMOROUBAIX 3.0 brushed fleece front panel with high-stretch brushed-back textiles across the side and rear panels, balancing insulation, wind protection and breathability.
The New Season Road collection also includes fresh colourways across existing MAAP lines, including the Pro Emerge Jersey, Team Bib Evo, Team Bib Evo Cargo, Pro Atmos Jacket and Vest, and Team Flow Jacket and Vest. Accessories such as socks, mitts, gloves, caps and bottles have also been refreshed.
MAAP has also introduced Halo, a new graphic capsule applied to the Pro Air Jersey 3.0 in short- and long-sleeve versions, as well as a Thermal Long Sleeve Jersey.
