We deal primarily with customers looking for high end Specialized bicycles, who expect the highest levels of service. This means you will get to work with the newest bikes, componentry and tech. available in the cycle industry.

As part of the business, we also run an active service centre, offering repair and maintenance options for most brands of bike.

What we ask of you

As the service lead, you will be primarily responsible for the organisation and workflow of the service centre, from custom bike builds to bike servicing and stock control.

You will be the leading face to face customer advisor for the service centre, taking calls, checking bikes in and out and giving sound advice, all with a smile! 

Other responsibilities will include ensuring all service work is delivered on time, the right bikes are built for customers and for the sales floor and stock and service parts are ordered correctly. All of this done whilst maintaining a tidy and safe service centre environment.
