Organiser Mara Media decides to end show for the foreseeable future

Irish Cycling Show cancelled after fourth year

This year’s edition of the Irish Cycling Show looks to have been its last – for the foreseeable future at least.

Organiser Mara Media has decided not to run the show in 2016 or seemingly beyond that date.

The show first took place in RDS in Dublin in 2012, moving to City West for year two. 2014 was a big year for the show, which cleverly linked up with the Giro d’Italia’s appearance in the city. This year in April the show returned to the RDS Main Hall.

The organisers said: "After the fourth show, earlier this year, Mara Media have decided to cancel the Irish Cycling Show for the foreseeable future.

"We would like to thank all our exhibitors and visitors for their business and support over the past four years and wish you all the best for the future."
