The itinerary for the 2014 International Cyclefit Symposium, set to take place during the London Bike Show, has been revealed.
Wasting no time in getting down to business, the symposium begins at 9am on the opening Thursday with Andy Pruitt discussing the evolution of bike fitting techniques to the many science based methods now available to bike retailers. As with the following day’s schedule, this will be followed by a series of interactive workshops and discusssions, making it a more hands on and valuable experience for attendees.
Phil Cavell of organiser Cyclefit told BikeBiz: "We have taken two sunlit spaces that look down on the London Bike Show. One space will be a dedicated symposium area where we all meet for formal lectures and panel discussions. We also have a two large studio spaces next door that will be permanent workshop / fitting studios for workshops and structured play-time.
"Any returning speaker has been strongly encouragedto run a workshop and not a lecture. We have heard what they say, now let’s see what they can do! All workshops will be conducted in smaller groups that are designed to be more intimate."
