Hotels getting booked up for Surrey Hills Road Race Festival

The organisers behind the Surrey Hills Road Race Festival, announced last month, are urging exhibitors and potential exhibitors to move quickly to secure their space – and hotel room.

Organiser Farrelly Atkinson said: "The booking deadline is now upon us, as we want to ensure we have your business involved and if you do want to be part of this amazing event, you will need to book their accommodation now! We’ve become aware in the last few days that hotels in the area are starting to get booked up, so it is imperative to reserve your space at the event and locally by the end of Thurs June 7th with Elaine Curtin or Andrew Brabazon.

"We want the best possible show for the thousands of spectators, but equally important to us is that our exhibitors (and us!) have a hassle-free weekend. There are camping facilties on site but space is limited here also.

"So please make a decision on your stand space soon and book your accommodation to be sure that we are not presented with difficulties later."

Farrelly Atkinson has also confirmed that Sky Sports News will be sending a crew to capture the Surrey Hills Road Race Festival. Further details have yet to be released, however, this raises the level of prominence of the event even further.

In yet more Surrey Hills Road Race Festival news, Southern Rail will be marketing the event on posters and leaflets at London Bridge, Victoria, Croydon and Dorking mainline stations in the run up to the Olympic Road Race weekend.
