Buckinghamshire business becomes the European Training and Service Centre for the Cannondale-owned GURU Fit System

Guru bike fitting teams up with Ten-Point

Ten-Point has partnered with GURU so that Ten-Point will become the European Training and Service Centre for the GURU Fit System.

Pitched as the most advanced bike fit system in the world, the GURU Fit System features the world’s only 100% motorised fit bike with incline/decline simulation, delivering a dynamic fit that allows the cyclist and fitter to experience real-time riding position changes while the cyclist is pedalling.

The GURU Fit System’s proprietary software utilises the Slowtwitch F.I.S.T bike fitting protocol created by Dan Empfield – applying a data-driven approach to bike fit to optimise an athlete’s riding position across cycling categories.

“Comprehensive training is a critical component to GURU’s retailer program,” said Morten Kristiansen, GURU General Manager. “Ten-Point is a perfect partner for GURU and will provide our European retailers with an outstanding training experience.”

Ten-Point, located in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, was started in 2004 by Helen Hall who is a Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, a Chek Level 2 Practitioner, an Efficient Running Coach and a Biomechanical injury treatment specialist. Ten-Point said: "Hall’s background adds a whole new dimension to bike fitting if you have problems on the bike or looking to gain an extra competitive edge. All members of the Ten-Point team are Slowtwitch Advanced Bike Fitters in the F.I.S.T bike fitting protocol – including the only female Advanced F.I.S.T Bike fitter in Europe.

"Over the years Ten-Point has evolved into a specialist bike fitting and efficient running studio. Its bike brands include Cervelo, Storck, Look, Time, Kuota and Felt."
