Weve now found out why the mag is later than expected: the printers were out of action because of a conflagration.
Yeh, pull the other one, you might think but weve checked it out and the story holds water. Mind you, neither the building nor the presses burned down, it was an electric cable fire deep beneath ground and was a MEB electricity company problem. However, due to the possible danger of the fire catching hold above ground Midlands Printing Services of Shrewsbury had to shut down for a wee while.
Everything was back to normal at the weekend and the mag should be printed and ready for dispatch on Tuesday morning so expect your copy by Thursday. If any smell of smoke or have singed edges you know why…
