A member of the bike trade in the Netherlands told BikeBiz.com:

"This is the fourth in the current series of gangland killings. In the first a SUV was used, the second was by moped, the third by motorcyle (but that was in Thailand) and now it’s by bicycle. I wonder what’s going on: drug-barons hit by escalating fuel costs?"
