Felt is returning to Whittlebury Hall next month after the brand’s first appearance in its own right earlier this year.
The brand is already well known to COREbike visitors and has built a following in the UK with MTB enthusiasts in particular. The company announced last year that it was supplying direct to UK from its offices in Germany with a UK-based sales team to support dealers. It will showcase the new MTB line starting from an all-new basic alloy hardtail up to a full range of carbon hardtails, XC full suspension and Trail line.
The majority of bikes in the range will become available to IBDs and to the public at the beginning of 2018. New models for this year include the Doctrine, an all-new lightweight 29er with race proven geometry built on the brand’s XC heritage, and the new Edict featuring Felt Active Stay Technology suspension. All Edict models have 100mm of rear travel with the Edict 3 – 5 equipped with 120mm forks, and the Edict FRD and Edict 1 with 100mm forks for a more aggressive riding stance.
“The UK is an important market for Felt and we see COREbike as a great way to support our dealer network here. The new Felt MTBs were launched a few weeks ago in Lake Garda with great feedback across the range and CORE is perfectly timed as January is a key supply period for us with many of those 2018 models available to the public for the first time,” said European marketing manager Heiko Böhle.
