Fazua is launching its 2025 Training Tour with an expanded schedule of 42 stops across nine countries to empower bicycle retailers with deeper product knowledge and practical experience.
Taking place in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands, the training sessions are now open for registration.
The tour is a key part of Fazua’s commitment to its retail partners, offering small, interactive workshops tailored to the needs of both sales and workshop teams.
Each session will welcome up to thirty participants, with a strong focus on hands-on experience with the Fazua Ride 60 drive system and newly introduced components for model year 2025 – including Mode Control, Energy 480, and the latest firmware features.

Attendees will also receive full access to the Fazua Toolbox Advanced software, giving them the ability to perform deep diagnostics, troubleshoot efficiently and provide high-quality service in their shops.
Successful participants will be eligible to become Fazua Certified Partners, with benefits including access to the complete spare parts catalogue and inclusion in the official Fazua retailer locator.
