Extra UK has announced it has signed an exclusive agreement in the UK and Ireland with Rozone to distribute their market-leading ROwasher parts washer and consumables.
While already established in the UK cycle industry, this new partnership will bring quicker and easier supply of ROwasher machines and consumables to dealers and workshops in the UK.

Available in three different models to suit a range of workshop sizes, customers can choose from the classic Static ROwasher, Mobile ROwasher with wheels to move around busy workshops, and the XL ROwasher featuring an extra-large sink for cleaning bigger parts or when two people need to work on it at the same time.
Bioremediation
Rozone has worked with the science of bioremediation for nearly 30 years – nature’s clever way of cleaning up, and still believe it’s the best solution for the parts cleaning market.
The system comprises three distinct parts:
- ROwasher parts cleaning machine
- ROwasher Bike Specific Degreasing Solution
- ROwasher Microbial Filter Mats
The filter mat releases millions of micro-organisms into the system, where they break down or “eat” oil and grease that’s washed off dirty parts into the ROwasher, turning it all into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This process leaves the fluid clean and strong for every use, reducing the need for hazardous waste disposal and the associated costly service contract.
The system relies on a monthly replacement of the Microbial Filter Mat and bi-monthly top-up of ROwash Degreasing solution for optimal performance. Extra UK will be offering a simple subscription service for this, so busy workshops never miss a scheduled change.
ROwasher Microbial Filter Mats and Bike Specific Degreasing Solution are also compatible with other brands of parts washers and will enhance the performance of any machine. For parts washers which do not use a filter mat, ROwasher also offer their concentrated Microbial Booster liquid for improved, long-lasting washing performance.
