EU Commission publishes intention to impose anti-dumping duties

The EU Commission has published the disclosure document for the anti-dumping proceedings concerning imports of e-bikes from China.

This document does not hold a final decision yet, but outlines that the Commission intends to impose anti-dumping duties.

The rates are set as follows:

The Commission said: “In view of the conclusions reached with regard to dumping, injury, causation and Union interest, definitive anti-dumping measures should be imposed in order to prevent further injury being caused to the Union industry by the dumped imports of the product concerned.”
