This warranty is retroactive to wheels currently on the market and is valid for rims on complete e*thirteen wheels, or rims built on non-e*thirteen hubs. All warranties require proof of purchase.
Having achieved two-plus years of carbon wheel and rim sales, e*thirteen’s warranty rate is below one per cent.
For rims under one year old, when a rim failure occurs, the original purchaser will be sent a complete new wheel and call tag to return the wheel with the failed rim to Silverfish UK.
For rims over one year old, when a rim failure occurs, the original purchaser will be sent a replacement rim and call tag to return the failed rim to Silverfish UK. The cost of the rebuild is the responsibility of the rider.
For e*thirteen carbon rims built on non-e*thirteen hubs,
when a rim failure occurs, the original purchaser will be sent a replacement rim and call tag to return the failed rim to Silverfish UK. The cost of the rebuild is the responsibility of the rider.
