Dorel Industries Inc. has announced that it has concluded its acquisition of Wisconsin-based Pacific Cycle, the owner of the Schwinn, Mongoose and GT bicycle brands.
The acquisition is expected to add at least $0.50 per share to Dorel’s earnings in the current fiscal year.
Pacific Cycle is now part of Dorel’s newly-established Recreational/Leisure division.
