Decade Europe to carry both Corratec and Uvex

Decade Europe has added both the Corratec and Uvex brands to its portfolio, the former a road and mountain bike brand and the latter the helmet and protective gear specialist.

Long-term Uvex distributor Raleigh will continue to bring the brand to market irrespective of the new Decade relationship.

At the recent Eurobike Expo Corratec showed off the new carbon X-Bow 29er hardtail, AirTech full-suspension model with “2Circle suspension system” and the high-end carbon CCT road race bikes.

Matt Yeo, general manager of Decade Europe, said: “Corratec are a company at the forefront of bicycle innovation and design, and continue to develop exciting new road and mountain bike technologies which benefit all types of rider. We’re really happy to have Corratec on board, and can’t wait to offer the excellent range to dealers throughout the UK."

Uvex, which picked up a Eurobike Award this year for its sgl 202 Vario glasses, has over 80 years experience within the protective goods market and offers helmets for all styles of riding, among other items.

Yeo added: “With a reputation for creating some of the best protection equipment on the market, we can’t wait to offer uvex helmets and eyewear to the UK market.”
