New expanded course, teaching fundamentals of bike fitting, will last four days next year

CycleFit confirms 2014 course dates

CycleFit is combining its Foundation and Foot Dynamics courses into a single four-day course for 2014.

Course itineraries will remain the same, with the Foot Dynamics element now simply day four of the course.

The first batch of courses for next year will run over:

  • January 21st-24th 2014

  • February 18th-21st 2014
  • March 11th-14th 2014

The course teaches the fundamentals of bike fitting, cycling anatomy and bike adjustment, with the Foot Dynamics element teaching how and when to use footbeds, wedges and shims in a bike fitting consultation. Attendees will learn the skills required to set a cyclist’s optimum riding position based on physical assessment and observations for improved performance, comfort and injury prevention. Attendees also receive a certificate of Cyclefit accreditation after the course.

The September 2013 course dates are now sold out.
