Exclusive training partner deal struck with London-based academy

Cycle Systems to train Lee Valley Velopark staff

London’s Cycle Systems Academy has been handed a contract to train staff at the Lee Valley Velopark.

Cycle Systems will oversee all aspects of the mechanical training for the VeloPark’s staff and the company was appointed following a nationwide selection process, as Sean Lally explains.

“Following the hugely successful London Olympics, the velodrome and other cycling facilities at Lee Valley VeloPark are developing a number of cycling attractions for people to come and try for themselves.

“This means a fleet of bikes, courtesy of Condor Cycles, and a well trained staff to look after and prepare the bikes for public use,” said Lally.

“We have devised and will be implementing bespoke training plans for all the relevant Lee Valley staff so that they can maintain and service their fleet over the coming years to the very highest standard.

“We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious venue and we look forward to seeing thousands of people riding Condor bikes at the Park safely in the knowledge that they are maintained to the very highest level.”
