Cycle Republic has added Brompton bikes to its lineup across 21 nationwide stores.
This follows the announcement last month that Halfords Group and Brompton Bicycle have agreed a long-term strategic partnership.
All shops now feature a selected range of bikes and accessories, and nearly a third will have 20 Brompton bikes available on display and four demonstration models to test ride.
Peter Kimberley, managing director of Cycle Republic, said: ”We are the destination for the urban cyclist making Brompton the perfect fit for Cycle Republic customers enabling them to ride the city streets.
“Brompton is a brand I have held a close affinity to for many years having previously worked with the business in my early career and also a cyclist who personally owns a Brompton bike, so I understand the craftsmanship and level of detail that goes into every bike.”
All shop teams have received training at the manufacturer’s factory in Greenford, North West London, enabling them to undertake servicing from within fully equipped in-store workshops.
