Cycle 2003 was due to be held at the Bilbao International Exhibition Centre, 21st–23rd March. The show has been running since 1988.
Ana Belén Palencia of the BIEC’s communications department said:
"The postponement comes in response to requests from the bicycle trade, where current market difficulties make it inadvisable to hold the event at this time."
