CSG UK unveils entirely new sales team

Cycling Sports Group UK has announced the formation of an all-new Inside Sales Team.

Due to career promotions within the company, along with three brand new hires, CSG has created a new team made up of experienced sales people to serve a growing network of IBDs and dedicated dealers.

Jordan Frampton – inside sales manager

Frampton has been with Cycling Sports Group for seven months and was selected to become the new team leader. With a career background working in cycling retail and also in marketing management for the likes of Muc-Off, Frampton brings a wealth of energy and experience to the role.

Louise Coffin – inside sales executive

Coffin comes from a dealer-facing customer service background in the marine industry and is now focussing on working at her real passion in life, being a keen mountainbiker. Coffin will also be responsible for sales operations in the team.

Jack Hebron – inside sales executive

Hebron is the newest member of the company, and has experience in the cycling retail sector, working in customer service. Hebron also hand-builds his own custom bike frames, and is a freerider at heart. Hebron will also take care of the northern CSG dealers in-house.

Mark Smith – inside sales executive

Smith also comes to the company with extensive experience in working in customer service in the cycle industry – and again is a passionate cyclist with a focus on single-speed road bikes. Smith will be the inside sales contact for CSG’s southern dealers.

Head of sales for CSG UK Ian Wagman said of the all-new Inside Sales Team, “It’s exciting to introduce Jordan and the new team who have such a strong sales background and connection to the industry. They are already doing a great job and our customers will benefit from their knowledge and renewed pro-active approach to exceptional customer service.”
