CSC team launch puts Basso in charge

Below are links to audio and some pix from today’s event. It includes interviews with team manager Bjarne Riis and Basso himself. The TdF team is led by Basso and includes Bobby Julich, Jens Voigt, Stuart O’Grady, Carlos Sastre, Fränk Schleck, Giovanni Lombardi, David Zabriskie and Christian Vandevelde. Missing from the line-up was Paris Roubaix winner Fabian Cancellara.

The launch was held at a hotel in South Kensington, a unique event because team global launches have rarely been held in Britain. Team sponsor CSC, an IT specialist, is HQed in London.
