Carbo launches new folding e-bike

Carbo is now available for pre-sale.

The bike weighs 12.9kg and the frame is made out of Japanese carbon fibre sheets.

The team behind it has said the Carbo folds up in ten seconds or less and can easily fit under an office desk or in a car trunk, and has its own carry bag.

It is fully adjustable to the rider and comes with a 250W 36V engine, Samsung battery and torque sensor.

The battery is located inside the seat post and includes a USB port for charging.

The bike is currently available for pre-sale on Indiegogo and has raised over $300,000.

The Carbo team is the culmination of an international partnership based between Montreal, New York and China, bringing together several players from the bike industry, each with their own expertise in different sectors.

They have joined forces to design the e-bike, carefully engineered for easy upgrade and replacement parts.
