BikeBiz May magazine now readable online

BikeBiz’s May print edition is now available to read online or download as a pdf.

Within this, our 112th issue, key features include fresh insight into how UK manufacturers are fairing against the tide of far-east made product, as well as an in depth analysis of the nutrition market’s performance of late.

Among guest columnists this month are Dynamo Cover’s Alex Mills who asks whether retailers offering insurance could get caught out by their role as ‘introducer’. Read more on that on page 11.

That’s followed by the CTC who discuss the imminent election and a vote for cycling.

Among the company profiles this month we visit X-bionic in Italy (p47), Velorution in London (p61), as well as catch up with Giro (p14), Neos (p29), Santini (p30) and Chicken Cyclekit (p25), among others.

The Made in Britain special begins on page 33 and talks to a variety of established and upstart UK producers, including Muc-Off, USE, Velobici, Brompton, Wickens and Soderstrom, Pashley, Stanforth Bikes, DP Brakes, Hope and, finally, the Bicycle Academy who discuss bringing through a fresh wave of talent.

Overleaf and sticking with the theme of artisan product, we’ve a round up of some of Bespoked Bristol’s highlight pieces.
