Bike Place show to host 31 exhibitors and 100 plus brands

Over 100 brands are to feature at the 2013 Bike Place Show, set for Silverstone race circuit from Sunday 27th to Tuesday 29th.

On top of the earlier preview run by BikeBiz, the show has today announced a number of last minute additions, including first looks at the carbon Santa Cruz V10 as ridden by Greg Minnaar to World Championship glory last year, exclusive dealer territory for anyone signing up to the Isaac brand at the show and the addition of TKC Sales, who will bring both the Create C8 single speed range and samples of the 2013 Mi-Pac bag.

Fibrax has also announced that the show will see the UK launch of its 2Face Double-Life Cleats for Look Keo pedals, as seen in the prototype model stage at last year’s Cycle Show.

“The cleats will retail at no more than the RRP of an original cleat and so will provide an incentive for customers to trial the product as it gives great value for money, with the two uses out of the one purchase” explains Fibrax marketing manager Sarah Baines.

NRG4 will debut a Showerspass collection of waterproof pouches for iPhone/iPad and other phones and tablets.

Surf Sales are also planning to show the new Carbon Covert and the Covert 29, featuring new pivot placements and geometry come Sunday.

Velo Senso’s aftermarket saddle line is to appear with Independent100 for the first time. MD of the firm, Tony Wilkinson said of Velo’s latest marketing push seen below: “The New Heroes Campaign is a good incentive for dealers. Not only through its strong appeal to youth and ambitious cyclists, but dealers will also enjoy Velo’s attractive pricing and delivery policies.”
