All the latest info from The Cycle Show 2017

The Cycle Show is once again inviting visitors to its regular home, Birmingham NEC, with a trade and press day on Thursday September 21st and general admission from Friday, September 22nd to Sunday, September 24th, 2017.

Now in its 16th year, the 2017 Cycle Show celebrates all things bike-related; from road, MTB and BMX to leisure, urban and e-bikes. With a dedicated trade and press day on the first Thursday, members of the trade industry will have the show to themselves, offering an opportunity to network and be the first to see what the industry is bringing to this year’s show.

The NEC will host more than 300 exhibitors within the cycling industry including ATB, Bob Elliot, Chicken Cyclekit, Cycleurope, Extra UK, Hotlines, ISON, Madison, NRG4, Silverfish UK, Upgrade, Windwave, Yellow, ZyroFisher and many more. Visitors can ride a range of test bikes on the road bike track and Bosch eMTB track, buy the latest products from brands such as Garmin, Oakley and VeloVixen in the Retail Therapy area, and relax with a drink in the Tour of Britain Cafe.

Cycle Show event director Stephen Morgan said: “We have developed the show this year into something extra special. It will be the largest dedicated cycling exhibition in the UK and we have an unbelievable amount of names from the cycling industry supporting the show. It’s a great opportunity for the industry’s distributors to not only exhibit their brands, but to meet with like minded retailers and suppliers from within the industry, and see what’s new to market ahead of the consumers on the dedicated trade day.”

Head of trade marketing and events at Madison Ruth Schofield added: “The Cycle Show is a regular event in our calendar and one that we always take a number of our key brands to. After successfully exhibiting our bike brands including Genesis and Saracen for the first time last year, we are bringing them back this year so that visitors can see our 2018 range. With such a diverse range of riders coming along to the show, it really gives us a unique opportunity to bring along many of our brands, and we can’t wait to see everyone at the NEC and get their feedback.”
