British brand, Yomo Bikes, a relatively new name in children’s cycling, has launched a range of “premium, lightweight bikes and helmets for kids — built to deliver maximum fun, comfort, and confidence to young riders, and peace of mind to parents.”
Brought to market by bike industry veteran Shuvo Dev, born from his desire to make high-quality, fun-to-ride bikes more accessible to every child, without parents having to compromise on price or performance.

The brand says the range is based entirely around the needs of young riders and combines premium lightweight materials, child-specific geometry and eye-catching designs — all at prices that offer strong value for families.
The range consists of six bikes, each available in several vibrant colours, ranging from a 12-inch balance bike to 26-inch trail-ready pedal bikes. With the other available models featuring 14, 16, 20 and 24-inch wheels, the range caters for all ages from 18 months to 10+ years old.

Yomo says the frames are lightweight triple butted alloy and feature kids’ components and offer a lifetime frame and fork warranty. All sales are backed up by a UK-based customer service and warranty team.
Prices range from £180 RRP for the Yomo 12 balance bike to £480 RRP for the Tektro disc brake-equipped Yomo 26 26-inch wheeled bike. Kids’ helmets retail for £44.99, and are available in multiple colours and offer a “lightweight, stylish design and high comfort to help encourage the young ones to always wear a helmet when riding.”
As a parent and someone who’s spent years developing lightweight kids’ bikes, I’ve seen firsthand how the right bike can completely transform a child’s experience:
When bikes are light, comfortable, and easy to control, children ride further, smile more, and develop a real love for cycling — one that can last a lifetime. At YOMO, we believe every child deserves a bike that helps them stay active, feel confident, and explore the world with fresh eyes and freedom, whilst still being affordable and reassuring for parents – Shuvo Dev
