£5,300 e-bike is one of 14 bikes stolen from Earnshaws of Huddersfield

Bicycle and motorbike shop Earnshaws of Huddersfield was broken into on Thursday evening, and 14 bikes were stolen. Most of the bikes missing from the store are high-end e-bikes, including a Moustache Samedi Race 8, worth £5299.

Also missing is a £4,200 Scott Spark.

Non-e-bikes stolen in the raid include an Orange Stage 5 and a Santa Cruz Tallboy.

"A shout out to our fellow cycle shops," wrote Earnshaws on Facebook, "if you have any unusual request for 9+ electric bike chargers by unknown customers … contact us or the police."
