ZyroFisher and Selle San Marco have announced the release of a new crash replacement scheme.
The new service is the first of its kind in the UK and comes in addition to a new IBD-exclusive 30-day comfort guarantee on all saddles in the Collection range. The scheme offers Selle San Marco retailers a true point of difference in the market, as well as providing a benefit to consumers.
In the event of a crash, bike parts such as the wheels and saddle are statistically more likely to suffer the most damage. Selle San Marco is combatting this by launching a one-year crash replacement scheme for the Aspide, Mantra, Regale, Concor, Concor Racing and Dynamic sale models.
All Selle San Marco retailers are able to participate in the scheme, which will see requests processed through ZyroFisher’s customer services team and offers up to 40 per cent discounts off the RRP on a like-for-like replacement saddle.
ZyroFisher head of brands Ed Waterston commented: ‘This scheme is the first of its kind for saddles in our market; it will enable retailers to offer a unique service to their customers, strengthening their relationships and providing additional peace of mind when purchasing Selle San Marco saddles.”
In addition to the scheme, every Selle San Marco Collection saddle purchased through an IBD is covered by a 30-day comfort guarantee. This allows every consumer to test their saddle for a month to ensure they find the optimum design.
