Online cycle retailer Wiggle has been shortlisted for two e-Commerce Awards for Excellence.
The site has garned nominations for Best Customer Experience as well as the Cross Border e-Retail Award.
The firm recently earned the ‘most visited’ cycling website tag by Hitwise. Wiggle is also up for a BikeBiz Award, which are taking place tonight in Holborn.
Wiggle’s director of marketing Martin Talbot said: "We are delighted to have been shortlisted for these awards. Both nominations come in categories in which we strive for excellence, so it is reassuring for us and our customers that we are among the best in the business."
Judges will be looking for growth in overseas business for the Cross Border e-Retail Award. Wiggle has seen 3.4 million worldwide visitors to its site in July and a 416 per cent increase in overseas transactions, according to the site. Wiggle ships road and mountain bikes to over 70 countries.
For the Best Customer Experience category, judges are looking for outstandingh customer service, innovative technology use, top notch offers and information product descriptions.
