“It was not my intention to close Arc Marketing UK Limited. I had previously sought to reach an amicable agreement with all parties which would have given me sole ownership of the company and sufficient funds to move Arc forward.
“This was the only course of action left and under the advice of our company accountants and an independent accountant, both Ms Casson and myself jointly decided to liquidate.
”The future of the products I have brought to the UK market from such
manufacturers as B&M and Basil have yet to be decided. I am working
closely with numerous suppliers in placing their products with the best
agent or wholesalers.
”Whilst looking forward to the challenges this turn of events will afford me
and to the full and healthy life I am currently (and previously) enjoying, I
very much regret the liquidation of Arc and the inconvenience caused to our
many valued customers and friends made in the last seven years.”
