Why should you go to the 2018 BikeBiz Awards?

The last few months of 2017 flew by and once again it’s time to look towards to the coming months and the fine array of events that are yet to take place. It also means that with a shortlist out now, the BikeBiz Awards are nearly upon us.

2017 was an absolute stellar year for the awards, which enjoyed a grand welcome in its new home coinciding with the London Bike Show. Guests enjoyed a packed schedule of entertainment, drinks and top-notch food as the winners were revealed by renowned cycling broadcaster Ned Boulting – who regaled the packed crowds with some memorable moments from his career – and a selection of guests. The night was full of revelry, connections and big wins from the likes of Cycling UK, KitBrix, Moore Large and ZyroFisher.

This year promises to exceed all expectations as the awards enter their tenth year. Taking place on Friday, February 23rd, industry professionals will gather at new venue The Bridge Excel, just a short walk from the 2018 London Bike Show. The drinks reception and celebratory atmosphere present a perfect chance for attendees to hobnob, chat with old friends and make important new connections whilst the big reveal of the 18 awards winners will also present an ideal chance to champion the hard work that goes into keeping the cycling industry running smoothly and those who have been making strides forwards in their areas – from the creation of innovative new technologies to making cycling safer throughout the UK.

The shortlist of nominees for the awards is out now; Tickets can be purchased from the official event site here.
