Why Cycles has updated its S7 Hardtail.
The brand said: “The bike that started it all for us, the S7, is turning two years old and we felt it was the perfect time to make some improvements.
“Although there wasn’t much to improve on, we managed to make the best hardtail just a little bit better.
“The customers spoke, and we listened. The seat tube was a bit too tall for a lot of shorter legged riders to enjoy large travel dropper posts, so we adjusted every size of the V2 frame to accommodate.
“These few millimetres of change make a huge difference when the trail gets rowdy and you want that seat out of the way!”
Designed as a 27.5+ or 29 inch hardtail, the frame has clearance for 27.5 x 3.0 inch or 29 x 2.4 inch tyres.
The bike has bottle mounts on the seat tube and top and bottom of the down tube, the seat post is 31.6mm and the seat clamp is 34.9mm.
