Vitus has launched a 2019 range of mountain bikes.
John Thompson, Vitus Bikes MTB product manager said: "For 2019 we are delighted to be launching the best looking and best-performing bikes we have ever made.
“Countless hours of testing and refining have delivered the best performing suspension and component specifications to date, all wrapped in confident colourways and designs.
“The result: honest, performance-driven rider focused bikes, the Vitus way of doing things."
The range includes the Nucleus, which the brand has said is “the foundation of the Vitus mountain bike range, with aggressive geometry designed to get you hooked”.
There is also the Sentier, which has a long, slack and low modern geometry, and the Rapide which has an alloy boost frameset that features tried and tested geometry.
The Rapide Carbon has a T700 HM-UD carbon frame and features modern geometry and 29-inch wheels.
The Escarpe has 140mm travel and is offered in 27.5 inch or 29 inch, and the Sommet has an alloy frame with advanced geometry, with 170mm fork travel and 160mm rear travel.
The Sommet Carbon is a 160mm enduro bike that the brand has said “handles technical downhills with ease”.
The range also includes the E-Sentier Electric Trail Hardtail and the E-Sommet.
