Veroli to distribute Ceradure brand

Veroli has today announced its exclusive distribution of Ceradure products in the UK.

The Dutch components brand are best known for manufacturing super lightweight ceramic coated parts for the motor racing industry, however has now diversified into cycling, signalling its arrival with the production of what it says is the lightest road cassette at 12-25 ratio in the world.

Cerradure’s penchent for featherweight gear doesn’t stop with the 88-gram cassette either, the firm also produces an 85-gram road stem and will shortly release a lightweight mountain bike version of its cassette.

Willem Schwaner, export manager and product developer at Ceradure said: “We are delighted to be working with Veroli with our products. At present we are developing a ceramic coated mountain bike disc rotor and a road bar to complement our stem.”

Managing director Darren Brown added: “We have been looking at building our portfolio with products to run alongside our existing products from Kyklos and Hawk Racing and Ceradure lightweight components fitted exactly.”

Stock arrives as early as next week, though prices are still to be confirmed.
