Velorution to ‘accelerate online growth’ with Always Riding acquisition

Velorution has acquired Always Riding, with the aim to accelerate the company’s online growth.

Managing director of Velorution Conrad Lewis said: “The Always Riding online business was established in 2008 and has grown an extensive customer base of over 20,000 active customers, a top notch customer service (a Google Certified Store no less) and unique brand selection for road, trail and urban/city cycling.

“Velorution shares similar values which makes the acquisition a perfect fit for our business and will accelerate our online growth to reach a larger global audience.

“ will continue to run as an independent web business enhanced by the addition of our sales and marketing team and extensive product lineup.”

Chairman of Velorution Jonathan Cole said: “2019 is going to be a very important year for Velorution.

“We are currently crowdfunding on the platform to enable the opening of two more electric and folding bike stores and grow our online business and we are currently at 74 per cent of our target.

“The acquisition of Always Riding comes at a perfect time and will supercharge our global online ambitions as we continue to grow the Velorution brand.”
