Velorution has opened its fifth store at 61 Great Portland Street, London W1, which will be dedicated exclusively to e-bikes.
Velorution’s managing director Jonathan Cole commented: " Over the past six years, electric bikes have been an intrinsic part of Velorution’s DNA; we started our business selling the Gocycle and e-bikes in Selfridges in 2011 and we have watched the e-bike market mature in all our stores.
“With Velorution Electric, our first e-bike only store, we have carefully curated the very best products from around the globe and will be the central London destination for many exclusive and semi exclusive premium brands.”
The new store will offer products from brands such as Gazelle, Kalkhoff, Brompton Electric, Ahooga, GoCycle, Orbea,Trek, Scott, Biomega, ARCC and Budnitz. Test rides will be available seven days a week.
Velorution maintains four other locations across London, with stores in Islington, Great Portland Street, Hackney and a concession at Selfridges department store. A limited selection of electric bicycles can be found at each destination.
