UPDATED: Bike trade Christmas opening hours round-up

These festive opening hour stories have snowballed, but instead of burying you under an avalanche of separate articles, we’ve compiled all the Christmas opening hour information we’ve received in one handy place, right here.

Chicken CycleKit will be closed from 11.30 am on Tuesday 23rd for the Christmas break. Chicken reopens for despatch of goods on Monday 29th until Wed 31st. The company will resume business as normal on Friday the 2nd of January.

Hotlines will be open for business as usual for the majority of the Christmas period allowing dealers who urgently need to stock up on goods over the festive period to access the Hotlines Portfolio. Hotlines are also offering free shipping on all orders via the B2B website during December meaning no matter how small your order we will be able to help.

Hotlines will be closed on December 25th, 26th and January 1st. Otherwise it will be business as usual.

Hookit Products will be closing for the festive period, its first ever. They close the doors at 4pm on Christmas Eve and re-open on 2nd January as normal. The cut off time for all orders to be delivered before Christmas is 2pm on Xmas eve.

The firm took the opportunity to add: "We want to take the time to say a huge thanks to all our dealers that have got on board and worked with us this year, we are really excited for 2015! We have some exciting new product filtering through from Joystick, a new pro-model grip on the way from Sensus and sales of custom Static raceway have gone through the roof and 35bikes will be expanding its range drastically over the following twelve months. Watch this space."

Greyville will be open 22nd and 23rd December then closed for just the 24th, 25th and 26th.

Greyville will be open for business for December 29th, 30th and 31st. The firm will be closed for the Bank Holiday on 1st January and then open again from 2nd January.

Fisher Outdoor Leisure will be closing for the festive period at 4pm on Christmas Eve and reopen on 2nd January as normal. Last cut off for a pre-Christmas delivery will be 4pm on 23rd December. The warehouse will be open until 2pm on 24th December and any orders received that day will be delivered on Friday 2nd January.

Moore Large will re-open for business on Monday December 29th after a short Christmas break.

Moore Large’s Lauren Smith told BikeBiz: "Bicycle and accessory sales offices will be available to take your orders. Any orders loaded via the B2B site will be despatched for delivery on Tuesday 30th December. Any orders placed via the sales offices on 23rd/24th and 29th December will also be delivered on the 30th December. 

"We have many offers that make great January sale items and these can be pre ordered now, or you can call us on the 23rd/24th or 29th December before 2.30pm, place your orders and receive your goods on Tuesday 30th December. We will also still be offering our free carriage deal on all bike orders. Also accessory orders via the B2B above £50 and phone orders above £100 will be carriage paid."

Seventies have also just received fresh restocks from Shadow and Primo, new items from Cult including the Match freecoaster and a delivery from Federal including the new chrome colourway Stevie Churchill frame. Amba-Marketing Christmas Opening

Last despatch date for orders will be Friday 19th December, last orders by midday please. We are closed from Monday 22nd December. The warehouse will re-open on Monday 5th January 2015

Orders can still be placed via the B2B or via email. However, no orders will be processed until the office re-opens in the New Year.
