London-based cycling apparel brand Universal Colours has unveiled Re:Wear, a new platform designed to make buying and selling pre-owned Universal Colours clothing simple and community-driven.
Developed in partnership with Continue, Universal Colours says the Re:Wear marketplace underscores their commitment to circularity and waste reduction. Customers can now give their cycling apparel a longer life while enjoying a more cost-effective way to shop. At launch, sellers will receive 120% of their item’s resale value in store credit—an opportunity to refresh their wardrobe while keeping their previous pieces in use.
We are excited to give our community a new way to connect through the Re:Wear marketplace. Durability and conscious consumption have been part of our brand from day one, and this platform is another step in that direction – Callum Clarke, Head of Brand.
The Re:Wear marketplace launches strategically at a time of year when buying new products is the norm. Instead, the brand hopes to inspire people to extend the life of their items by giving them a renewed purpose. Through this initiative, Universal Colours seeks to:
• Extend the lifespan of its cycling apparel and reduce waste
• Create a community space where customers can share their passion for the brand
• Help riders save money by purchasing pre-owned pieces or reselling gently used items

“Resale has become an essential part of how customers shop,” said Lydia Hartley, Co-Founder of Continue. “Universal Colours is one of the most exciting cycling brands, and their community mindset makes them a perfect match for peer-to-peer resale. Our partnership will help them strengthen loyalty and appeal to younger cyclists investing in secondhand.”
