Tube strikes sparks 70 per cent rise in bike hire

Transport for London has reported a 70 per cent spike over usual weekday cycle hire figures on the back of tube strikes in the Capital.

Staff have been deployed to numerous hire stations around the capital to assist first time users in hiring a bike as many struggle to find a quick and easy route to work.

Information on how to hire and the locations of docking stations can be found here.
