TRL consultant to lead DfT cycle regs wish-list meeting

Brian Robinson CEng, CEnv, MIMechE, the Principal Consultant (Safety & Sustainability) at the TRL and who is undertaking the cycle regulations review on behalf of the Department for Transport, is seeking industry input into his review. He is to lead a presentation for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Birmingham on 27th September.

The DfT’s review of bicycle regulations, includes brakes, reflectors, lights, electrically assisted pedal cycles and cargo bikes.

At the CILT Cycling Forum meeting on 27th September, Robinson will ask: "What changes would you like to see?"

He said: "This is a unique opportunity to put your ideas forward."
