Just five weeks after a very successful inaugural Trans Caledonia Enduro, the team behind it has announced they have the dates set for the second edition.

Starting on 5th September and running to 12th September 2027, 80 riders will tackle six days of stone cold classics between Aberdeenshire, the Highlands and the Tweed Valley with almost 10,000m of descent across the week. Entries for the 2027 Trans Caledonia Enduro will go live on Burns Night, Monday 25th January 2027.

This unique event isn’t just about racing across Scotland. The organisers say riders will experience what they feel offers the best racing and cultural experience in Scotland, with shuttles between venues, uplifted trails, comfortable and welcoming accommodation, cultural experiences and in true Scottish style; a Ceilidh to end an incredible week. A combination the organisers feel will give a unique experience of Scotland.

They’ve also said that with the first race under their belt, 2027 promises to be bigger and better.

Keep your eyes peeled for more information on entries going live in the near future. With only 80 spots available riders are encouraged to visit www.trans-caledonia.com and register to the mailing list to keep up to date with the latest news on event dates and race entries.

The 2026 Trans Caledonia Enduro welcomed Hope Technology, Deuter, Cast, PINND, SDG, Bikmo and Atlas Ride Co. as race partners. For 2027, the event is currently looking for a title sponsor as well as more brands to join in the event village to really boost the experience for the second edition.
