The 23rd October track meet at the 10-year old Manchester velodrome will be the homecoming event for Team GB's cycling medal winners. The organisers want the British bicycle trade to get involved: there are a variety of hospitality, sponsorship, advertising and trade packages available.

Trade support requested for Revolution5

Vincent Pope of marketing company Face Partnership is open to offers. First off, he’s after a sponsor for the event scratch cards.

"We are looking for a retailer or distributor. We want to give away a Revolution scratch card with every ticket purchased which would be branded with the sponsoring company’s name and web address. We want to manufacture 20,000 which will cover tickets for all four events in the series. Some of the scratch cards will also be used in marketing initiatives.

"This is a great advertising opportunity for anyone interested. All we would require from you is to cover the cost of the scratch card printing, about £1000, and provide a selection of prizes for the actual scratch cards."

There are also opportunities to advertise in the programme and on track-side hoardings.
