What you get is a ticker bar that can be made transparent behind the work on your desktop. When new data is loaded to the official coverage on Letour.fr, it rolls across the ticker bar.
However, if Letour.fr changed its coding, LiveTour 2004 – a freeware quick-app – would cease to work.
