Mechanic & Customer Service Assistant – Dean Forest Cycles Ltd

Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we have a vacancy for a cycle mechanic and customer service assistant. This is a full-time post and includes weekend working. We are looking for an experienced self-motivated mechanic to join our team, assisting in delivering the highest standards of service to our customers. Applicants must have recent industry experience, along with Cytech level two qualifications or the equivalent. Good communication skills and a passion for bikes are essential.

National Account Manager – Saddleback Limited

The role of the national account manager is to manage, in conjunction with the commercial director, the day-to-day running of our largest retail partners and provide a level of customer service synonymous with Saddleback. The role will also benefit from the support of our national account administrators. The ideal candidate will be an established presence within the industry excellent, have great interpersonal skills, be good with numbers, have a forensic eye for detail and motivated to help nurture and grow these accounts.

Cycle Mechanic – In Gear Cycles

In Gear are an established, flourishing cycle retailer and cycle cafe based in Forest Row, Sussex. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cycle Mechanic to join our busy workshop team. The right candidate will be responsible for:
– Servicing and repairs on customer bicycles and the preparation of new boxed bicycles for both customers and shop floor. This will cover road, TT, mountain, e-bike and leisure categories.
– Taking service bookings, spares stock management and providing an excellent level of service to our loyal and growing customer base.
